continuity comics pd?

I remember getting Armor #1 and #2 way back in the ole days, never read what was printed of the series.  I see that the company is no longer, think it closed up in 95, does it make it public domain now?  none of the searches here hit on anything, continuity comics, armor and the silver streak, megalith, nada.

Nope, just because a company does not operate does not mean the copyright is gone. Whoever owns the the assets of the company holds the copyrights. The books from Continuity are still copyrighted. Very few comics after 1963 are PD, and the site here stops at Dec. 1959
