Using X-ray vision, well reverse reading on the front cover, fills for the missing pages can be obtained from Vooda #22.

Supermouse 001, 037 and 043.

Again BNSP books, issue #43 has undamaged story pages, but the same patched front cover.

You may wish to move the file to the miscellaneous section, although I've uploaded it to the named section on site, the GCD say this is a 'one-off' issue, the numbering following Captain Flight #11 and preceding Brenda Starr #13.
