Two more just uploaded, first up -
Whiz Comics 004 (May 1940) Fawcett (paper + 21 fiche).
A Rangerhouse book and paper scans from a damaged and incomplete copy, fills and patches from Darkmark's fiche copy and his Slam Bang #3 for the fiche ibc.
Front and back covers are from HA, the first page of the Capt. Marvel story (paper) was found on the Internet in an alternative fiche scan, details of the source of this paricular scan is unknown.
