Yet another one that almost slipped through the upload process! -

Popular Comics 041 (upgrade - 60 paper, 5 fiche) (Dell).

This is also a dsdaboss scan and edits, with I assume the 5 fiche pages
coming from the Darkmark version.

I have removed the three page Tarzan text story before uploading,
these were also fiche copies.
