Hi Gang,
Occasionally we will receive a heart warming message like the following from Brian Puaca - an associate professor of history at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia.  He has started teaching a new course on the history of comic books and American society and writes of his observations at the link below.

Hi DCM Administrators,

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your work on the
site. I used a few of the books here as sources for my history of
comics class this past semester. The students loved it, and it made it
much easier for me to locate useful sources. I mentioned the site --
and its wonderful resources -- in a recent contribution to Bleeding
Cool and thought you might want to check it out.

Thanks again and best wishes!

Give his BleedingCool post a read.  It's fascinating stuff!  The staff of DCM are pleased as punch that DCM is being used as a resource for his class and encouraged Brian to let us know here how things progress and any other observations or questions he might have.
