Looking at Billy the Kid #20 from Toby/Minoan, the art looks like very early Dan Spiegle but I'm not positive. GCD has no data. There are some panels that shout Spiegle, but on others I'm not so sure. Anyone care to confirm? http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/index.php?dlid=19381

I believe that's prolific comics workhorse Jack Sparling. I have to admit some of the inking looks odd for Sparling, but his faces are unmistakable.

Taking another look, I'll have to agree to Sparling, so thanks Crash and Tilliban. I think i was so focused on Spiegel that I ignored the obvious Sparling-isms in this story!
