JVJ (RIP):
I realize that this is somewhat self-serving, but what the hey? After many many years of decrying the whole Social Media thing, JVJ has finally gone and made himself a Facebook page in preparation for his next big leap into modernity, a Kickstarter campaign. Here's my company on Facebook:

I don't keep up with my personal page, but if you want to be my friend, you can do so at:

As I said, this is way too bizarre for most of you and has very little to do with comic books, but just in case you have any interest in the rest of me, you can find out a bit about me here and there. Thanks for listening.

Peace, Jim (|:{>

Yoc:
Thanks Jim.
You are more brave than I am.

I wish you well with it and let us know when your Kickstarter project is ready to be seen.

JVJ (RIP):
Oh, Yoc, "brave" is NOT the right word. Far from it. If I hadn't 'spent' 3+ years of time & money getting this issue ready to be printed, I wouldn't have to do the Kickstarter. Then I wouldn't have to do the Facebook page. Then I could be reading a book instead of doing press tests tomorrow. If, if, if. Sigh... No, I'm not brave, simply foolhearty. (|:{>

Is there a difference?

Best of luck.

Good question, Roy. Perhaps only in the degree of intent. Thanks for the good wishes. I'm going to need all the luck I can get. I just wish all this was over and I could sit back and read a book. Now I'm off to the printer to run a test on how to print a gilt spot color in order to replicate something that was perhaps commonplace 115 years ago. We're not certain just how to accomplish this with all of our modern technology, but we're going to give it a serious try.

Peace, Jim (|:{>
