DOWNLOAD ERROR! just started cropping up last week! HELP!

Help! I have no comprehension on why all of a sudden I am getting this error!

The following is cut from the error window:

"/Users/ritagrierson/Desktop/DCM New Downloads/Fox Feature Syndicate/Green_Mask_v1_005_inc_JVJ_RH_Yoc.cbz.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator."

This is happening a lot!

No changes on my machine. This started last week.

Hi B,
I just tried that particular file and it was fine.
We've had occasional slowdowns and 'brownouts' with our server provider lately. 
I'd suggest trying again later and see if it works.

Don't mean to nag, but something is essentially wrong with DCM accessability.
I experience DAYS when DCM is not accessible. Every other website out there is, just not DCM.
This feels not good, folks.

PLEASE, if you see this happening contact me at my email so I can confirm if it's the same for me.
I've never seen it last more than a day since last fall.
