Hi, gang:

I was about to comment on the missing pages, since it was supposed to be a 64-pager.
My old scan is far from great, so I'll re-do at least whatever pages I have that are missing from the LOC scan.

darkmark (RIP):
Well, all we need are the last 2 pages of Don Davis, Len.  I've upped for approval a version that combines the version just uploaded with 6 pages we had from your scan.

Hi gang, sorry for the mess I made of this edit.
I stupidly didn't compare it to the existing scan trying to get it up as fast as possible.  No excuse for this though.

Thanks to everyone for trying to get as complete a copy as possible together.

You're okay, Yoc.  Since 8 pages were missing, it's easy to assume it was a 60-page book.

My old scans were done on an old scanner and aren't very good so I'll re-scan at higher resolution
