Just opened this thread for the first time.  Is anyone still actively scanning these at the library of congress?  Saw a lot on the Quality list we need.  For example I've never even seen a listing on eBay for Forbidden Love and it looks like they have all four issues.

So all the numbers in black for an issue are available at LOC. Not surprising they would not have any Charltons

Charlton and Harvey tended to have more in the way of non-PD books (still, very few for Charlton)
