The second one is listed on the site as being from "Jungle Comics" #9 (Sept. 1940), which can be found here: http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/index.php?dlid=20568

The first is probably from his first appearance: Startling Comics #1 (June, 1940): http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/index.php?dlid=8328

Try asking Madmikeyd from PDSh where you got the image.
