Not a Valid Zip

I downloaded these titles but am unable to open them. I get "Not a valid Zip file" when I click them, or an "unknown format" message when I convert them to zip or rar and extract: LONE RIDER 2, WESTERN THRILLERS 1, FAMOUS FUNNIES 47, and HIT 30.

I just downloaded them all and they worked fine. Sounds like failed downloads.
