Ok,  your file size is huge..  You should try to get your files at least in 1/2...  

I have a program that can do this automatic or you can do this during your edit process ..

Ouch! You're right. My issue is way bigger than the other Wartime Romances issues. I should have reduced the width to 1024 pixels when I was editing the scans. I think that would have put the file size into the right ballpark.

Don't worry about resizing it c4steve, at this time I'm uploading a new file  for you, resized to 1280, and the end size is 19.3mb.

I use GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) to crop, rotate, and resize my scans before submittal, but even though Love Confessions No. 2 was only 1024 pixels in width, it still seemed a little on the large size compared to all the other books on the site.

I've just submitted Love Diary No. 36 (Orbit) for approval and changed the GIMP Quality setting from 92% (default) to 75. This brought the file size down to 28M which seems more in the normal range for a standard 36-page comic book. I could not tell the difference when I reviewed the pages so I might be able to go even lower.

Please don't go any lower!
Our upper limit is between 90-110mb.  I shoot for 1mb per page as a nice file size.

Romantic Hearts No. 8 Sept. 1954 (Story Comics) submitted. Indicia says Vol. 1 No. 8, but this is actually from the second (1953) series so I labeled it as v2.
