COMICS STILL NEEDED FOR SCANNING LIST - OLD LINK
SubBook:
Hi all. I've been her for a while but haven't as yet uploaded anything. Looking at the extensive lists I can offer up a handful of what's left of my collection. I do not possess the programmes to make what I have stand out, just the basic editing 'ware that came with my old Mac. Here's what I have:
MLJ-Archie: Suzie #58, #65 (with #65 ready to upload, as soon as I can figure out how :-\ )
Lev Gleason: Crime Does Not Pay #46
Novelty: Target vol.9 #3 (as this is already on DCM, I won't scan it in unless it's needed as a possible upgrade...)
I also have a handful of Calling All Girls as well as a few Treasure Chest comics but I'll have to double-check to avoid any duplications.
I believe I told Movielover about Suzie #65 a long while back. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi SB,
Very nice. We'd love to have scans of your books on the site.
There is a tutorial on how to upload to the site via the upload link here -

Or there is an ftp option if you have that ability.
Good luck,

I was envious of all the comics; now I'm envious of Rangerhouse's scanner!
Keeping my eye open for comics on this list!
Yoc:
Soothsayr owns the same scanner as well and both are part of the JVJ Project.
Best of all they are both nice guys that love our hobby! :)

Hey, total first time poster. So forgive me if this has been brought up.
Is there any reason you wouldn't just put these issues in the existing database with some kind of flag which marks them as "needed". By default you could have the search function always look for comics without this flag. When the comic is scanned the files get attached however your back-end works and then the flag gets unset.
It would make generating and maintaining lists like this trivial. It would also allow "experts" to use the search function to quickly check if an issue is needed.
Also I want to say how awesome the DCM is and how much I appreciate everyones efforts here. I just started using DCM to create mini-comics for my kids lunches.
