Blackstone now ok?

Just noticed Blackstone #1(the Street&Smith version from Vital) is upped under Quality. Are the other Vital issues ok for upping?

Right, the confusion was that Quality had a Vital Publications name as well and we confused them.
So no, Blackstone is not Ok.  Sorry for the confusion.
