just a naming problem: the new Military 12 is the same old fiche, with all the missing pages added. I'm on the side of putting this info in the title, maybe 'Military 12 (fiche -now c2c)'. The old one can be dumped.

Done.  Nice to see this finally c2c.  Now if only someone would do a paper scan of it.
