Name That Comic Game!!!
Kracalactaka:
well at first I was thrown off because you did not capitalize 'paper', thus putting emphasis on the "paper comic" part which really had me scratching my head, because I was thinking: "In the early '80s what else besides 'paper' would a comic be published on?"
I confess to having to look it up, as my only association of 'Baxter' to comics is the Baxter Building.
I know the answer now (It's not Elektra), but I won't say to let someone else chime in.
I can say That I have one of these though, The Elektra Saga. Found it used, near mint for $5 at a local shop.
bminor:
I believe it was Marvel Fanfare #1?!!
B.
Yoc:
Really? Hmm. I thought it was something else a bit earlier but I can't say for sure. Just a feeling. I did but the Fanfare being a Mike Golden and X-Men fan at the time.
I remember vividly being super mad they'd force the thing down our throats and bump the prices yet again.

Kracalactaka:
Hint, It's a DC book
Marvel Fanfare Was not printed on Baxter
Yoc:
Really? Wasn't Fanfare on some kind of special stock? Perhaps cover stock for the interiors? I remember the colouring being very rich the entire book like it was on Baxter.
I'm stumped K. I wasn't a DC fan at this point in time so I'll never guess it.
