Categorizing Comics
« on: June 20, 2012, 06:40:08 AM »
Hi Everyone,
I was just wondering if there is a way to see the comics by genre instead of by publisher.  If you have been into PD comics for awhile, it is probably easy to find what you are looking for by publisher, but if you are just starting out it can be maddening to find, say, a western or horror or whatever.  It is also confusing when you are trying to download a complete series that was done by different publishers.  Any thoughts?

Sorry B,
That's not a feature we have on DCM but it is something we've talked about as a possible upgrade in the future.  There's no eta yet so sorry about that.
I'm sure if you asked here members might give you some pointers.
As for following known series we try to list when they jump from one publisher to another in their section.  Or we sometimes just host them all in one folder for ease of use for members even if they technically were published by multiple publishers.

Good luck,

Thanks for the reply.  I have found some neat stuff that I would not have otherwise found, so there are some good points about how it is arranged. :)
