Now that Archie/Red Circle is reviving their heroic line and making Golden Age issues available through apps, will MLJ books have to be removed from this site?  I hope not because I recently lost the terabyte drive I had downloaded them onto.

If they approach us with a request, we'll probably take it under consideration for a limited time.  However, public domain is public domain, so nobody has the authority to demand any such thing (and I get the sense they know that).  Also, even though they're using many of the same scans (so they probably know who we are), I don't believe there has been any such motion.

Has there been any more news on this?  Also, since Archie is still published today (at least in the US), are those issues of Pep still PD?

Nobody has approached us DD.
I believe Archie is still producing it's weekly web-comic.
We wish them well.
