Christmas Treasury [Dell Giant] #1

Can I upload the Dell Giant, Christmas Treasury #1 ? 
It was published in 1954.  100 pgs.    I could find nothing to indicate that it had a copyrite renewal.

This issue does contain a handful of reprinted x-mas songs which were originally copyrited elsewhere.   I am not sure how copyrite works on them.    Perhaps I should delete the song pages and then I could just upload the comic pages ?

If you need to see the indicia first, please explain how I attach it to this topic page.

I'm not sure how to handle this one.  I too see no evidence it was renewed but the songs are worrying.
If you'd like to upload it as-is perhaps the staff can check it over and decide if it's safe for the site.

Without seeing the book, yeah, copyrighted songs are a no-no.  Some kid might get the idea of singing without explicit permission from the RIAA, and then there'll be anarchy!
