Right.  Generally, what you see is all the various scanners/uploaders have found.  I don't think anybody is sitting on scans waiting for people to ask for them, so your best bet is to buy it and (hopefully) share your own scan if you have an actual need.

If that's the case, the only advice we can offer is hang in there.  As I said before, it's not likely that you can "make it happen" without actually buying and scanning the book, but people know someone's looking for it now, so someone stumbling across it might remember.  Or someone might scan it in the normal course of events, eventually.

I should ask, I guess:  What do you need it for?  It's possible someone might be able to provide information or suggest a substitute, depending on what you're trying to do.
