Firebrand (Quality) Archives upload

I uploaded a 100+ page Firebrand stories compilation from Police Comics 1-13. After uploading, I re-checked and found the pages to be out of order. I then went back and corrected the page order, added a front and back cover and re-uploaded  with an accidentally misspelled file name (Frebrand instead of FIrebrand). Some really nice Reed Crandall art.
