#5 and #12 appear under Columbia Comics.

#3, #5, and #12 appear under Eastern Color Printing Company.

Strictly speaking #1-4 are Eastern, and #5-15 are Columbia.

Thanks Eddie, I've removed the duplicates and added a new section to the Columbia section as well.
