ID comic prop from "Back to the Future"

This is a shot of the interior of a prop comic "Tales from Space" used in "Back to the Future". They guy wants to ID the interior, which was real.

I did a bunch of Googling and thought I'd ID'd it as an old EC comics, but JVJ actually looked at the image (crazy) and points out it is of much more recent vintage.

To me, the way the guy is punching the crook in the last panel seems familiar. An artist who drew Spider-Man. Gil Kane? Ross Andru? Just the way the punch is being thrown and the contorted hand on the crook seems a familiar style.

Anyway, have a look and see if you can ID it, sounds like fun!
