The index at the top of the page is missing the Canadian EC reprints done by Superior.
This is what I believe is missing (with some additional notes for clarification)
Haunt of Fear #15 to 18, 5 to 7, 9 to 21
(#7 interiors corresponded with the #8 interiors in the U.S., #8 is not believed to exist.)
Tales from the Crypt #20 to 38
(I have not confirmed the existence of #37, but it is believed to exist. #39 could exist, but I have no confirmation of that one either.)
Vault of Horror #12 to 33
(I have not confirmed the existence of #18, but it it believed to exist. #34 could exist, but I have no confirmation of that one either.)
Based on my reviews of known info...
1) Anything corresponding to the U.S. publications prior to June of 1948 and later than December 1953 are presumed to be non-existent.
2) The publication dates are not defined. Superior removed the dates on the cover when they reprinted them. The indicia of the reprints apparently do not have dates listed. I own a non-horror reprint and it shows no dates on the cover or indicia. It is assumed there was a delay from the time the American versions were printed and when the Canadian versions were printed, but unless there are some experts that know more than me (it's quite possible), the amount of delay is unknown.

Superior also had Weird SuspenStories #1-3. They are re-titled reprints of Crime SuspenStories, but some of the content could qualify as horror. I haven't read them in many years, so I can't remember.
