Here's a scan from July 2007, Scanned with a Canon CanoScan 4400F. Images at 200 dpi. Outside front and back cover appear to be from different source and they are at 300 dpi.

 What a strange series "Alex in Wonderland" is, to judge by the first episode. Interesting book, and one I don't remember ever seeing, hearing, or reading about previously.
