Scanning advice for squarebound comic?

Yes, it would be a good choice to buy comics in G to VG condition, or coverless (so they won’t get excessively ruined by scanning) and then maybe who’s more interested could purchase the comic afterwards, maybe with a very slight price reduction.
I recall I tried to suggest some models for this in a thread, but not where I did so… :(
