My vote would be to jump INSIDE the selected publisher and title when using it.

I can see where both would have usefulness, but I agree with Yoc, I think jumping inside would be the most beneficial.

Ok jump box now takes you inside the category/title you selected.

The drop down menu works fine and I can see where it is going to be a real time saver.
