Sheena sourcing

darkmark (RIP):
There's one 10-page Sheena reprint I've never been able to source.  I have a feeling it comes from SHEENA #5 or 12, and the first line is, "Long ago old King K'Jabo had made Sheena keeper of the Golden Scimitar."  Any help finding this one?
