Page 10 & 11 are the same page.  No page appears to be missing, however, just this duplication.

I did this scan; the two pages you mention aren't exactly the same. You'll see that the pages are named "Love Confessions 015-10" and "Love Confessions 010-10_fixed". If you compare the frame in the lower left corner, the "non-fixed" one has black ink blotches (a printing error). I did a "photoshop restoration" to remove the ink blotches on the fixed version (but I included both versions in my scan, for those who would prefer the page as it was originally printed, without my meddling).
