I new one from the dsdaboss: Headline Comics 014(damaged bc).
Thanks dsdaboss for your latest upload.

Wow! My thanks goes out to everyone involved in sharing comics like this one! I love discovering new fun oddball gems like this. I had thought nothing could top the quirkiness of DC's "Gorilla City" concept, but wow -- a secret antarctic civilization of giant talking penguins with rayguns? I love it!

Don't know about "all", but it is primarily reprints, guys (just based on characters and styles).

One would expect by now (70 years later) that SOMEONE would have documented Chesler's output. Why are we wondering about this minutiae about one of the seminal characters in the history of comic books?

Curious minds want to know.

I expect part of the problem would be getting all of their output on one place to check.  The Keltner Index was close but didn't document story titles or artists, etc.  Today with DCM and scans we're as close as ever to a central source where everyone can look and discuss what they think on Chesler or any publisher.

It's difficult because more than a few Chesler titles are VERY hard to find or get info on.  We have the skeleton data but not the real books.

That's very true, DM, but over 70 YEARS, one would expect that MOST issues might have turned up and been recorded. They aren't IMPOSSIBLE to find, just difficult, but you seem to be the FIRST who's actively trying to record the contents and identify the reprints. I very much appreciate what you're doing, but just find it mind-boggling about that "first" part.

Thank you DDB for the beautiful c2c issue of Master Comics 048.

Ditto. It replaces a very poor fiche copy which was near impossible to read, and now the exact details of the first half of the Bulletboy story "The Mimic and the Mite" make much more sense. Hopefully the missing Master issue #49 with the second half of the story and the last Minute Man appearance will turn up sooner or later. I enjoyed the new version tremendously.

Agreed. I'd love to read the second half of "The Mimic and the Mite" (although one assumes it ends with Bulletman and Bulletgirl gently persuading "Bulletboy" to hang up his costume for good). And I'd like to read the final Minute Man adventure as well. But as these nice paper issues turn up fairly infrequently, I figure it might be a while.  :(
