Do I need to check with admin before I upload any Dell comic titles (I have an awful lot) or just the ones that are not already listed in the Dell section?

You really need to talk with Yoc on these, so please hold on these till you do.
But Dell is a just a "bag of worms" on PD status, very, very hard to check.
