Thanks T, I'll be adding the same issue at a later date, it's only scanned at this time.

New here, even though I had signed up some time ago.

And I already have a question :D  How long does the approval process take?  I have uploaded something last weekend and haven't heard back yet.

If you uploaded it using the Upload File link it must not have made it to us ArKay.
We check for new files daily.

Please read the FAQ on uploading at this link:

OK, up to the 4th upload then.  The upload form isn't for the faint of heart, and this is coming from an IT guy! ;)

Wish me luck.

Guess I will have to throw in the towel on this one.  It's a high resolution scan and it probably chokes on the images (~1.5-2MB/page).
Can't bring the quality down any more, this is already at 80%.  The cover doesn't shown when I hit preview so I guess you won't be seeing this either.

"Information: Thankyou for adding this new file to our database.. The admin has required that files are approved before they are added to the database. Your file will appear in our database if the admin approves your file."

I also got this message the last time.

Thanks ArKay, that's the message you want to see.  Then your upload just needs to be approved by the staff which I just did.
Your scan is now on the site.

If you would like to add more scans - please feel free to start your own topic say 'ArKay Uploads' or something like that.

Thanks again for the nice new scan of this book,
-Yoc

Thanks Yoc!  And it's all there, the preview image & the thumbnails!  Did you have to add them by hand, because they didn't show at ail in the preview?

And thanks as well to Tillmann!  I didn't know the upload failed so I was assuming that it just took a while to approve.  Otherwise I would have asked you directly :)

I had made the mistake of adding the file first before fiddling with all of the other fields so all in I must have uploaded the file at least 3 times, once when trying to add thumbnails and again when doing the preview twice.

Hi ArKay,
It's best to first choose how many 'thumbnails' you want to add and update the form.
Next add the rest of the info needed - going top to bottom.
Only hit Preview once and wait for a while for the file to upload - Please do not hit Preview more than once as it will show more than one instance of your upload on our end.
