Login Error when downloading

Receiving this error on login when trying to download

Error: Login failed...There was an error locating the details for this user
Failed inside $this->usertype->do_login()anks

Can you Help ?

Have you got Javascript on?
Have you tried using a different browser?  IE and Firefox?
Have you tried from another computer such as work or a friend?

If your problem is still there after these please send me a Private Message and we can see about a new password.  That has seemed to help in the past.
