The file names for the cover and inside front cover are transposed, so that they arrive in reverse order.  I have fixed my copy, but would somebody do so on the site, so that the cover will show in the preview thumb rather than the ifc?

Sadly to fix the cover thumbnail the book would need to be reuploaded.
