Kicl signature - Popular Comics #85

In panel 1 of The Hurricane Kids strip, it looks like there is a signature - Kicl? - Does that ring a bell with anybody? The Albert Hartje and Will Ely credit isn't there like it had been in #83 and prior issues.

Since we're talking about Popular Comics #85, I see Dan Gormley copyrighted The Three Little Gremlins strip from #85-88. Who's Who indicates that he penciled/inked those 4 stories. Would you agree with that?
