Eerie Tales #1, Jan 1959, by Hastings Associates Inc. (U.S.A.)  direct uploaded to the 'Unsorted Files' folder.

Appears to be a one-shot; Hastings may of published another similar type one-shot.  But I was not sure that it warranted going in the 'Small Publishers' folder at this time.
