John G. Fantucchio was a commercial artist from Arlington, VA. Fantucchio contributed to early fanzines in the late 1960s to the early 1970s (RB*CC, The Collector, etc). He also
drew two stories for the Warren horror magazines, Vampirella #5 and Creepy #34, in 1970.

Mell Lazarus created the comics strips Miss Peach (1957-2002) and Momma (1970-2016). Mell was the editor Al Capp’s comic company (1949–1953). He wrote some of the Shmoo comics (5 issues; Jul 1949–Apr 1950). Mell’s novel The Boss Is Crazy, Too (Dial, 1954) was
inspired in part by his experiences as an editor at Toby Press.

John Calnan (Feb 1932–27 Dec 2016) is probably best known to comic book fans for drawing Metamorpho in Action Comics #413–418 (Jun 1972–Nov 1972) and World’s Finest Comics #217, 219, 220, 229 (J-A 1973–Apr 1975). He also had work in DC’s Witching Hour, Ghosts, Unexpected, romance & war titles.
