Does anybody know how many issues there were of Joe College? I really liked the main artistist's work. It's signed Powell, was that Bob Powell.

That would be the man. Looks to be only 2 issues: 1949 - #2 Winter 1950 Hillman Periodicals. Both had Bob Powell art in them with a Briefer story in #1. Bob Powell did art in many of the books we have on DCM.
