Same problem, same error message. I've never had this problem before. I appreciate any help you can give.

Hi HP.
As I say above - if the problem persists for more than a couple days please let us know.
Quite often it's a temporary thing.
Please also try using a second web app for accessing the site - FireFox or IE.  Sometimes an error will happen in one that doesn't in the other.
