It seems we were having a uploading problem from the site's Upload link, not to the ftp.
I've been testing it the last few hours and it now seems stable with no upload problems at this time.
This test consisted of me logging in as a newbie, VIP/ VIP Limited and as a Mod, sorry they wouldn't let me be an Admin person
to test it. Hee hee.
Anyway all the test proved good with no problems. So please try your upload again if you have books available for up'ing.
And please post if your having any problems with up'ing, we will try to fix them as soon as we can.

NOTE- The absolute max size any single comic file can be on DCM is
150mb. If you have scans larger than this separate them into multiple files with sequential file names.
