It's amazing just how much has been filled in from my last "top ten list" just a few years ago. Here's my updated most wanted:

(1) Banner Comics #5 (complete) (Ace Comics)
(2) America's Best Comics #7, 12 (Nedor) good size paper scans on both
(3) Mystery Men Comics 28, 29 (Fox)
(4) Master Comics 17, 18-19, 21, 26-31, 37, 40
(5) Prize Comics #7, 8, 13 (complete), 17 (complete) 20 (complete) 37 (Prize Group)
(6) Champ Comics #18, 20 (Harvey)
(7) Bomber Comics #2 (with missing page; complete)
( 8 ) Black Terror #4, 17 (both complete with missing pages)
(9) Green Mask v1 #8 (Fox) complete
(10) Thrilling Comics #34 (Nedor)

I've got a few, Exciting 1, Thrilling 1-7,  Wonder (1939) 1 & 2,  Circus (1938) 1-3 has Jack Cole and Wolverton's Space Hawks.
Wow...What a Magazine (1936) 1-4,  These should give us all something to look for.
