I just downloaded it, read the comment asking someone to split the pages apart and I did it and am reuploading it in normal format. Very nice book and very nice scan.The upload is about half done as I post this.

No idea why the cover isn't showing up at the front... it does in CDisplay, as well as in the folder... maybe because of the 00-01 page numbering?
As for the unusual double spread style... I find that I like that better... it makes it more as if I am really reading a comic.

I however, have no problem whatsoever with someone else separating them, if that is preferred.

I think a lot depends on your screen size and resolution. I just checked it out and I could read it fine on my laptop which makes the double page OK with me. I also use cdisplay and the cover showed up as the first page.

The cover shows up second because the cover page is 1333886375Jumbo Comics while the one that shows up first is 1333886365Jumbo Comics. the ninth digit (6 versus 7) is the determining factor. The preview function is picky about order and caps vs non-caps.

The long string of numbers at the front of the file name are added by the Preview feature gang.
Cimm, the safest way to be assured the order is right is to number the file names at the FRONT.
ie 02_Jumbo28_ifc, etc.  then it doesn't matter what you write after the number.
The Preview feature is very picky about capital vs lowercase, etc.
