Just uploaded a partial copy of "Wow" Comics 16 by Canadian publisher Bell. I should have noted it was partial, but the entire issue is available at the link at the bottom of the issue description.

I think Wow is ok for the site.  I've added the file but if Roy would like to add the whole book as '.jpg' files please do.
