can't log in

I've been a member since Dec 2009. but now I can't log in or download.
I've tried registering again and I'm not getting any response from the site.

I checked the error log and it's saying your PW was entered incorrect.
Could you please double check it's exactly as you used here.
You may change your password by going into your 'Profile' and down to 'Account Related Settings'
