Price is very steep for a poor issue, but it seems ridiculously hard to find. Also, first appearance of the Grim Reaper.

Cripes, that's double what it maybe would be worth.

The current value is $130.00 according to ComicPriceGuide.com.
It seems to be that the prices posted for comics has been artificially
raised as of late. I see when looking for books on e-bay, I just pass
them by or I'll send a counter bid if they have that option available.
