Not to be the bearer of bad news, but the file appears to be truncated/corrupted. I've tried downloading it here and from GAC, with the same results. When I "extract with errors" I only get the first 32 pages.

Well, the upload is the exact same size. Snard, try the MEDIAFIRE link if my reupload doesn't work.
So far you've been the only one to mention a problem.

I tried again & got the same truncated file as before, but then I realized that all of my download attempts had been with the same browser (Google Chrome). I switched to IE and tried again, and this time the download was the entire file.
One final note: the Mediafire link used to be there, but I don't see it anymore. Maybe it went away when you re-uploaded the file?
