One month into Spring, and it's still snowing and still below zero (overnight low)!
So, to warm things up, how about the final incomplete America's Best, now complete!: #14

I have one more to do... a fiche-replacement, speaking of which...
the fiches of 10,11,&28 can be dumped... all have been 'papered'; 31 maybe too, but it has some 'paper'
