Nothing new in tonight's upload: I've replaced snard's upgrade of my White Princess o' the Jungle 3. Now with screenshots put back, and renamed .cbz. Also I think the clean HAG fc I originally added is better than the new marked-up one, so I put it back. All complaints are welcome!
Sorry about that; the person who supplied the upgrade scans gave me all 4 covers. I probably should have included both the Heritage and new front covers in my upload, especially since the newer front cover had been 'autographed'.

No problem Snard.  I've pulled down your version.
Len is happy to handle upgrades to any scans of his on the site.  If you want to just send him the new pages he'll put the package together and include screenshots.

And one more (so far) tonight: Westerner 17 (for the millions who are wondering, I have 4 more ready for editing, and one more in the postal pipeline).
After all this? It'll be Quality time! (Features & Nationals & maybe Crack Westerns)

By the way, somebody has been giving my every one of my Westerner uploads an extra-low rating, between 2 & 4. Can ratings be traced?

It's not me rating the books, Len,
but I'm always curious: how would knowing who was doing it affect the rest of your life? Seriously. Lots of people seem to spend an inordinate amount of time searching for answers to fairly meaningless trivia (just follow any of the threads on the Timely/Atlas/Marvel board). "Knowing" can't really have that great an impact on your life, can it? Maybe someone doesn't like partial scans? Really, their rating is NOT a reflection on you or your work unless you allow it to be. My advise is to ignore the ratings and continue with your wonderful scanning efforts. Remember, "consider the source." And if it's anonymous, "ignore the feedback."

FWIW.

Sorry Len, we have no way of knowing who rates what on any books.
I agree with Jim, in the end it's just one person and not that important.  If someone really wants to make a point they should leave a comment with their name on it.

Those low ratings sure ain't coming from me, Len.  I'm enjoying the heck out of these issues of The Westerner that you've been uploading. They've got some really nice art by the likes of Shores, Buscema and Krigstein in them.  More people should look 'em over.

Keep 'em coming and muchas gracias!

Joe

I have to admit that I hadn't read any of the "Westerner" book before, let alone rate them. I'm glad the issue came up, because I've read the latest addition and two others. I think they are good material and I'll probably get around to reaing the others, probably later than sooner.

It's great to see others getting interested in these. I got started because of the 6 issues with K-Bar Kate, and then the Krigstein issues, and then started picking up as many as I could (as cheaply as I could!).

So.... tonight it's a pair of Pecoses: Westerner 21 & 34.
One more in hand to edit (23), and one more on the way (33).

Westerner #34 is a solid issues. Being an old fart I enjoyed "The Two-Gun Grandpappies."
