O-man a"Super Brain" story in this one. Wasn't there an origin story on Super Brain too?

As far as I know, this Super-Brain only appeared in Rangers of F. 1-4
Tonight, a new Fawcett: Whiz 45. My copy has no cover or outerwrap, so the fc&bc are from the old HAG, and the other pages are borrowed from darkmark's old fiche.
